CN115 Horizontal Resaw – Built for Efficient Timber Processing

The CN115 Horizontal Resaw is designed for fast, accurate, and efficient timber processing, making it an ideal solution for sawmills and woodworking operations looking to improve productivity and consistency.

High-Performance Cutting

Capable of processing cants up to 400 mm wide with a maximum cutting height of 280 mm, the CN115 makes it easy to convert timber into accurately sized boards and other finished products.

The adjustable feed system allows operating speeds of up to 20 metres per minute, enabling the machine to be adapted to different timber types and cutting requirements.

Easy & Precise Adjustment

The cutting head height is electrically controlled, allowing operators to adjust the cutting position conveniently and accurately. Optional setworks can also be added to further improve cutting consistency and production efficiency.

For specialised applications such as producing tapered boards or house siding, the cutting head can be tilted from 0° to 8°.

Smooth Material Handling

Two standard hold-down rollers help keep the timber stable throughout the cutting process, improving both accuracy and operator control.

The CN115 is equipped with in-feed and out-feed roller tables, together with a side roller table, to simplify material movement. Uncut cants can also be conveniently returned for additional passes, supporting a smoother and more productive workflow.
